The MCYO KAMERATA! is a new modern string orchestra conducted and directed by Maestro Katherine Smolen. Led by Maestro Smolen, this orchestra will provide a new, exciting, passionate, and highly musical experience for high school-aged string players. In addition to tackling classical string orchestra repertoire, this new cutting edge ensemble will also perform adventurous repertoire including: new modern compositions, movie scores, Anime scores, and other non-traditional orchestral works that are not performed by any other MCYO ensemble!
